Overages

All work is based on an estimate. We usually deliver under-budget, but unexpected requests do happen. Any unforeseen time spent on your project will be billed at a flat hourly rate.  This includes copywriting, graphic design and web design.

Photography

We use an assortment of purchased images, created images, and original photographs.  We will work with your photographer or use images you already have.  Time spent managing your photographer, sorting images, or preparing files for web use will be billed at the appropriate rate.

Ongoing Content Management

Your site will be built to include a content management system.  Clients wanting access to their CMS will be given access.

Hosting

All of our Cincinnati web design packages include 1 year of hosting on a shared server.  This service is contracted.  The current price for renewed hosting after the first year is $89 per year, paid in advance.  You are resposible for the renewal of your domain.
